Haven't been to your site in some time. WOW! Going up Mt. Mitchell this year, I had thoughts of Hellgate reports (I've never run it) of people's eyeballs freezing so I shut my eyes as much as possible near the top. Never even thought about frostbite. That looks terrible. Back to normal now?

Mike, I like Jay was unaware of your frost bite situation. Thank you for letting us know about your situation and also educating us along the way. The new website looks great. See you at Holiday Lake. Rick

mike,
that is amazing! i didn't know this happened to you at hellgate. i have gotten cold hands and a cold face during those types of runs, but thank goodness never frostbite. i have heard that the frostbitten area will always be sensitive to cold weather. good luck.
the new website looks good. thanks for keeping it going.
